I’m looking for a role where I can drive business growth through outbound outreach, lead generation, and CRM-based pipeline management—while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with marketing and sales to improve results.

I’m a results-driven sales and business development professional with over a decade of experience spanning telesales, customer service, and virtual administration. I’m known for generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and consistently meeting targets through strong written and verbal communication. I work confidently both independently and with teams, keeping a clear focus on delivering excellence.

In my current roles, I manage virtual administrative support while also driving new business. I handle communications, scheduling, and digital organization, and I identify and research potential clients and market opportunities. I qualify leads, match client needs to solutions, manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems, and prepare reports on outreach results, lead quality, and conversions.
