What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own lead research and B2B outreach, manage CRM records, and support customers through phone, email, and chat—turning accurate data into conversions while ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.

I’m a Telemarketing Consultant focused on generating leads and supporting order inquiries through high-volume outbound B2B telemarketing calls. I manage account setup, product selection, and ongoing customer support to keep onboarding smooth.

In my current role as Lead Research & Data Collection, I conduct online research to gather accurate business information from lead lists provided by clients. I identify and verify contact details—including email addresses, phone numbers, and company information—using multiple online sources and databases, then maintain organized records in spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Previously, I supported business customers by handling phone, email, and chat concerns related to order processing and fulfillment. I accurately document interactions in CRM tools, maintain compliance with company policies, and work to improve conversion rates and retention with tailored solutions.

I also bring hands-on experience in logistics support, escalation & dispute resolution, and data entry & reporting from roles including a Medical Executive Assistant position and customer service work under Amazon.com.
