What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a travel/operations role where I can manage end-to-end arrangements and vendor workflows, resolve customer and process issues, and improve efficiency using MIS reporting, SLAs, and tools like Excel and GDS.

I’m a customer service and operations professional focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. I’ve supported global distribution systems and airport operations while maintaining high satisfaction through timely, professional resolutions.

In senior operations and travel consulting roles, I managed end-to-end corporate travel arrangements—flights, hotels, visas, MICE events, and local transportation—while ensuring compliance with company travel policies. I coordinated with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate competitive rates, prepared and maintained Travel MIS reports for management decision-making, and handled travel-related queries, complaints, and emergencies with efficiency.

I also bring contact center experience, investigating inquiries across business processes, policies, and procedures, and proposing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
