My name is Tamara and I am a customer service agent with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a dedicated and passionate individual, I am committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

My journey in customer service started right after I completed my degree in Communications. I began working in a small retail store where I quickly discovered my love for engaging with customers and providing them with solutions to their problems. Over the years, I have honed my skills and gained valuable experience working in various industries, including telecommunications, hospitality, and e-commerce.

I am proud to say that I am a skilled communicator and a great listener. I understand that every customer is unique, and I approach every interaction with empathy and patience. I am dedicated to understanding each customer's needs, and I strive to provide personalized solutions to their problems. My ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure has helped me to effectively manage high volume call centers while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading and spending time with my family. I believe that having a healthy work-life balance is important for overall success and wellbeing, which is why I always make sure to take time to recharge and refresh.
