What I'm looking for
I partner with founders, CEOs, and growing teams to reduce chaos, create structure, and protect the time that drives growth. I build the systems founders stop thinking about—because operational details shouldn’t keep ending up back on their plate.
Over the past 2+ years, I’ve built operational workflows from the ground up, including a fully documented Executive Office Command Center that consolidates intake, meeting management, briefing preparation, action tracking, and executive reporting into one structured process. I also designed a business operations workspace in ClickUp for a simulated SaaS startup to demonstrate how I manage projects, track priorities, and keep teams aligned.
