What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Business Operations professional with over two years of experience supporting executives, streamlining administrative workflows, and strengthening client relationships. I’m known for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring communication stays professional and responsive.
In my most recent role, I managed the Head Engineer’s calendar and daily schedule to maximize productivity, coordinated domestic and international travel and executive logistics, and handled executive correspondence with clients and stakeholders. I also supported business development by identifying and pitching relevant opportunities, while delivering timely customer support to maintain excellent client relationships.
As a Business Executive & Head of Marketing, I reported directly to the Managing Director and helped drive strategic initiatives across operations and growth. I developed marketing strategies that increased client acquisition by approximately 20%, introduced insurance policy initiatives that reduced client delinquency and improved profitability, and recommended new business subsidiaries to support long-term revenue growth.
