I’m looking to support a people team that values culture and uses people-centered, data-informed learning to drive outcomes. I’m open to L&D Specialist, Content Design, HR Coordinator, or People Ops roles (remote or major tech hubs).

I’m an HR professional and Learning Experience Designer with a BS in Human Resource Development and 2+ years of experience at the intersection of people strategy and organizational learning. I help employees thrive by turning business needs into people-centered learning across the full employee lifecycle.

In recent work, I’ve designed training programs, maintained and updated digital learning libraries, and managed LMS platforms for 1,200+ employees. I partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps, build targeted solutions, and measure impact through learning performance data and completion metrics.
