I’m an HR professional and Learning Experience Designer with a BS in Human Resource Development and 2+ years of experience at the intersection of people strategy and organizational learning. I help employees thrive by turning business needs into people-centered learning across the full employee lifecycle.
In recent work, I’ve designed training programs, maintained and updated digital learning libraries, and managed LMS platforms for 1,200+ employees.
