I’m an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with 15+ years of experience building learner-centered training programs, curriculum solutions, assessments, and instructional materials for diverse audiences. I focus on adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and assessment strategies to drive engagement and performance outcomes.

I’ve designed synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning experiences and partner closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create scalable solutions. In my consulting and program design work, I develop learning resources and structured delivery plans, adapting content to different proficiency levels and learning needs.

Across international and independent projects, I’ve designed and evaluated English-language learning programs for multilingual learners and built assessment frameworks to support placement and progression. I also translate learning goals into clear lesson content, feedback mechanisms, and measurable progress through differentiated instructional strategies.

Most recently, I supported educator onboarding and ongoing professional development as a Program Operations & Learning Coordinator, creating training materials and curriculum frameworks. I facilitated coaching and performance support, maintained learning records and program documentation, and helped ensure compliance and continuous improvement through instructional data and collaboration.
