I co-created a global leadership development program at Everbright Talent Development for 30,000+ managers, achieving 94% CSAT and 90% recommendation.

I directed end-to-end production of a $600K global learning initiative, translating complex business concepts into engaging learning, communication, and performance-support assets. My work includes facilitator guides, learner materials, knowledge resources, scripts, assessments, job aids, and internal communications for global audiences.

As a People Development HR Business Partner, I partnered with leaders to build professional learning initiatives, competency models, and career development resources. I also planned company-wide off-sites and virtual learning events with budgets up to $150K.

I bring a foundation in English education, curriculum design, editorial review, and audience-centered communication. Most recently, I supported Missions for Love Beyond Borders by shaping impact reports, website copy, and external communications for donors and partners.
