I’m looking for an enterprise-focused role where I can partner with customers on cloud adoption, optimize support/technology alternatives, lead MBRs/QBRs, and drive CSAT, NRR, and retention through trusted advisory and cross-functional execution.

I’m a customer success and technology leader with 15+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption of cloud services across ANZ. I partner with enterprise customers to align technical delivery with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

In my current role as a Senior Technology Executive at US Cloud, I act as a trusted advisor to optimize Microsoft Premier and Unified Support alternatives. I lead scope and analysis sessions, proactively resolve technical issues to protect CSAT, and direct data migration and adoption programs to deliver measurable ROI.

I manage up to 45 enterprise accounts, balancing service delivery within 250–1000 Premier Support hours per client, and co-manage strategic accounts to ensure retention and growth. I lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen executive relationships.

Previously, I drove growth as a Senior Business Development Manager at ExigoTech and held senior account management roles at SAS, McAfee, ExigoTech, Westcon Comstor, and Telstra. Across these experiences, I consistently achieved renewal and expansion targets through strategic roadmap development, cross-functional collaboration, and renewal processes that delivered 110% account retention and contract expansion.
