I’m a customer success and technology leader with 15+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption of cloud services across ANZ. I partner with enterprise customers to align technical delivery with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
In my current role as a Senior Technology Executive at US Cloud, I act as a trusted advisor to optimize Microsoft Premier and Unified Support alternatives. I lead scope and analysis sessions, proactively resolve technical issues to protect CSAT, and direct data migration and adoption programs to deliver measurable ROI.
I manage up to 45 enterprise accounts, balancing service delivery within 250–1000 Premier Support hours per client, and co-manage strategic accounts to ensure retention and growth.
