With over 19 years' experience in sales and operations, I have successfully delivered Go-To-Market Strategies from design through to execution; delivering consistent YoY revenue growth and increased market share.

I have a track record of delivering in complex and competitive markets, most recently as Managing Director of Asia, for (US-based) SaaS company NetBase Quid. Located in Melbourne, I successfully built and led a (remote) regional team of sales and operations professionals, having also established and expanded a channel partner program across several countries in Asia.

Headhunted following Series E funding to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for establishing operations in APAC. Following Board approval, spearheaded mobilisation of a partnership model and blended sales approach to establish brand awareness/market presence and support further operational expansion.

As the most senior leader in region, held financial responsibility for realising the business case, driving effective sales and account planning initiatives to secure keynote deals while building a lean GTM engine delivering rapid access to market.

Built, mentored and led a small team of sales professionals and up to 10 indirect reports spanning marketing, engineering, consulting and channel partner executives from Dentsu, Mantel Group, and Itochu Corporation. Regular travel to customers across multiple sectors, including Japanese and Korean banking and telecommunications clients.

• Mobilised and scaled the business from $100K in bookings in 2015 to a book of business of USD $6.2M in 2022

• Personally, secured the contract to deliver services to Publicis Group Australia, with exclusivity awarded as part of the multi-year agreement;

• Delivered successful market penetration under the Alliances & Partnership model as the sole instigator and owner of APAC market expansion, refining and implementing a strategic sales framework to be utilised by the Partner network;

• Expanded official partners from 1 to 7, shaping partner engagement, identifying and negotiating contracts across Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Australia

• Leading partner conferences and delivering industry presentations, including Yum! Asia Conference, and UBS’ Australasia Conference;

• Led launch of NetBase in Asia, orchestrating PR opportunities with mass-media coverage, delivering launch presentations with a hosting panel of industry experts from Coke, Twitter, Vodafone, Starcom, and Elanco.
