What I'm looking for
I’m an Account Executive focused on driving business growth, increasing revenue and profitability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction—especially through broker partner relationships. More than once, a broker partner shared that my team was the easiest to work with and the only one she did not dread sending full sales cycle loans to.
In my recent roles, I’ve spearheaded business growth in the Mountain West region, increased loan volume from current partners, and pursued new partner acquisition—averaging about one new broker sign-up per week. I also earned AE of the Month (3/2025) tied to $5.2mm, hit 120% of my 2025 revenue goal, and led weekly group presentations on mortgage products that drove net increases in closed sales.
Earlier in my career, I expanded from Account Management into broader leadership as a District Manager, where I delivered FY2024 performance at 110% quota and earned recognitions including ADM of the Month and Rookie of the Month. I consistently achieved 100%+ of monthly quotas (with a $1,500/day target), managed a growing book of business with upsell revenue gains, created Excel dashboards to track performance, and led a team responsible for net new sales and SMB business development.
