What I'm looking for
I’m a Business Analyst focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM functional delivery, with 15 years of overall experience and 5 years in Dynamics 365 CE CRM. I lead workshops, map As-Is processes, and define To-Be processes in collaboration with stakeholders to drive clear alignment from discovery to delivery.
Over my engagements, I’ve acted as a primary liaison between business and technical teams, and even served as Proxy Product Owner—refining backlog and prioritizing features to maximize business value.
