At GlobalLogic Hitachi (Jan 2021–Present), I led end-to-end requirements gathering for a real-time connected vehicle platform, delivering 3 major feature releases on schedule. I authored 40+ User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria in JIRA, reducing sprint rework by ~25% through clear, testable requirements. I also produced BRD, FRD, SRS, and RTM documentation to ensure 100% requirement traceability across development and QA.

I focus on bridging business and technology teams with practical artifacts and strong ceremony ownership. I designed BPMN process models and UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity) using MS Visio, and facilitated UAT sessions with 10+ stakeholders to coordinate defect triage and sign-off for go-live milestones.
