Led end-to-end business analysis for multiple projects including Probate Compass, Conservice, UNICC–UNDP Indonesia, UNICC–UNDP Malawi, and UNICEF Yemen. Translated business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications, and supported UAT and release readiness.

Worked on projects for ILO, IOM, Innoveo, and Nissan Digital, involving requirements elicitation, user stories, agile practices, and bid management. Led and mentored a team of 8+ members, facilitated sprint ceremonies, and implemented Jira and Confluence to improve productivity.
