At Infosys Ltd, I managed the product backlog, prioritized work, and conducted grooming sessions for the ATP Player zone- Carbon Tracker mobile app project. I also performed functional testing, provided training to new joiners, and demonstrated product deliveries to project management teams and clients.
At MSC Technology, I worked on ERP projects involving quotation, compliance, and customer relationship management. I elicited and documented business requirements, prepared use cases and wireframes, and conducted functional testing and UAT with business users.
