I’m a Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in data-centric and enterprise environments, specializing in business analysis, stakeholder management, data governance, and compliance-driven process improvement. I help teams translate complex business and privacy requirements into documentation that engineering can execute and stakeholders can trust.

In my recent role with Oxfam Novib, I collaborated with global finance and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and data requirements. I supported governance and compliance initiatives through structured documentation, facilitated workshops, authored user stories and acceptance criteria, and developed Power BI dashboards for operational reporting.

Previously at Fugro BV, I provided IT business analysis for ERP enhancements, automation workflows, and enterprise data processes. I partnered with Architects, DB teams, Engineering, and Product Owners to document requirements, perform impact analysis, maintain Jira backlog activities, and support audit readiness with accurate, traceable artifacts.

Earlier at KPIT Technologies, I defined business and functional requirements for enterprise e-commerce and logistics systems, creating BRDs, FRDs, process workflows, and test scenarios aligned with SDLC best practices. Across roles, I’ve maintained strong traceability across SDLC phases, ensured alignment between business, compliance, and technical teams, and contributed to release support, validation, and issue resolution.
