I’m an Agile-focused Business Analyst with 8+ years leading Agile/SDLC methodologies across global teams, including onsite client engagements in the Middle East. I bring structured process discipline, AI-driven insights, and innovation to align technology solutions with business goals.
In my current role as a Business Analyst (Expleo Group), I own end-to-end discovery for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). I run structured stakeholder workshops, define scope boundaries, assess cross-functional dependencies and risks, and drive adoption of resilience requirements with a focus on NIS2—while aligning governance forums, risk registers, KPI frameworks, and regulations (IRDAI, GDPR).
Previously at Infosys as a Senior Consultant, I led requirements to delivery while managing parallel initiatives, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, and supported Agile transformations using SAFe. I’ve built Agile performance dashboards in JIRA and Power BI, maintained RAID logs, supported release planning, and delivered system enhancements through clear FRDs/BRDs, user stories, and data/workflow designs.
