I founded Componentry as a way for cyclists to track and better understand how their bikes wear over time and with usage.
The product and business is a micro-SaaS B2C model which I use as a practical example in market to test and validate new ideas, concepts and strategies - I design, code, launch and market Componentry personally.
SSI joined the Sked Social team to improve how they research, design and bring their product to market - from strategy to roadmap design, execution and GTM.
The remit of this role evolved beyond a pure product leadership role as processes were improved between the product org and different business units they interface with, eg. engineering, QA, customer success and support.
