At Datacom, I own the roadmap for billing, payments and revenue management across rates, water and recurring billing. I balance customer needs with regulatory and compliance constraints.
I built and presented investment cases that secured approximately $2M in additional CAPEX to enter NZ water authorities and local government in new Australian regions. I also set multi-year product strategy and manage and mentor two Product Managers and a Senior Product Analyst.
Earlier at Datacom, I expanded into a new region and landed a reference customer, while refining the backlog and using customer discovery and UX experiments to improve the product. At TechnologyOne, I delivered ERP transformation across three councils and designed automated workflows for customer requests and regulatory processing.
