What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale growth, GTM, revenue, and AI-enabled automation systems where I can own outcomes across product, sales, marketing, and expansion.

I've scaled Booming Bulls Academy from INR 60–70L in monthly revenue to INR 4.5Cr+ while expanding hybrid centers from 3 to 12 and building the systems behind nationwide growth.

As Head of Growth & Revenue, I owned P&L across 12 hybrid centers and online sales, led 30+ counsellors, 12 center heads, and 3 regional managers, and improved demo-to-enrollment conversion by 20% through AI-enabled WhatsApp, lead-scoring, and email automation.

Earlier at BYJU'S, I established a B2B vertical across 8 states, closed 50+ school partnerships, and generated 40,000+ B2C leads and INR 25Cr+ in revenue. At LocoNav, I built national channel sales from scratch to INR 50–60L in monthly revenue within eight months.

I'm now building Safalta Sarathi, a career-readiness platform combining customer discovery, performance marketing, inside sales, community, and Gemini API-powered career tools to help learners become interview- and offer-ready.
