At Qlik, I lead ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap delivery, governance, and AI-enabled automation. My work has automated assignment, escalation, handover, licensing, and subscription processes—saving the equivalent of four full-time roles, more than 650 days annually, and over $350,000 per year.
I've also led development at Sopra Steria and Claranet, delivering ServiceNow applications, integrations, portals, upgrades, and Agentic AI use cases. I work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Service Portal, integrating platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Tanium, Slack, OpenAI, Outlook, and Teams while mentoring developers and translating business needs into practical solutions.

Developed a Python-based data anonymisation solution to enable safe use of AI technologies and integrated OpenAI/ChatGPT capabilities with ServiceNow. Led ServiceNow upgrades, including the Xanadu upgrade, and managed custom applications, integrations, and release management.
Delivered technical support across infrastructure, telephony, backup and email services, managing incidents and requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction and working closely with vendors and internal teams.
