I’m a ServiceNow application developer with 6+ years’ experience delivering ServiceNow work across several client projects. I’m a Certified Application Developer in ServiceNow, and I’ve consistently applied best practices to build custom, clean, scalable, reusable solutions.

In recent roles at EY, I worked as a Team Lead on Privacy Management and Business Continuity Management, maintaining regulatory obligations by streamlining processes for data inventory, privacy assessments, risk management, and reporting. I also gathered requirements with product owners, framed stories, participated in triage meetings, and supported design, development, code review, documentation, and deployments.

Earlier, as a Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer at CGI, I modernized client-facing experiences using UI Builder and Next Experience and built integrations using ServiceNow APIs, REST Messages, and HTTP Methods. I’ve delivered major implementations like SLA automation and API-driven platforms (including UAT support), and I enjoy mentoring teammates and improving delivery through rigorous testing with frameworks like ATF and tools like Selenium.
