I am looking for a senior ServiceNow role where I can contribute both technically and strategically — designing scalable solutions, solving complex problems, and working closely with stakeholders. I am a ServiceNow Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications. My career has been strongly hands-on, combining deep technical development (JavaScript, integrations, workflows, CMDB, Service Portal) with solution architecture, governance, and delivery leadership.

I have worked closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions that deliver real operational value. I enjoy solving hard technical problems, improving platform quality, and mentoring developers to raise engineering standards.

I am particularly interested in roles where I can contribute both technically and strategically — building robust platforms, driving automation, and continuously improving service management processes in complex enterprise environments.
