I'm currently a Training Manager at IN2FOODS Nibbly Bits, where I assess employee training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support compliance with company requirements.

I also oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, stock flow and presentation, cash balancing, customer feedback, employee queries, and purchasing and returns procedures.

Previously, as a Marketing Management Apprentice at Inkfish Digital Marketing, I created blogs and courses in WordPress, managed social media, supported SEO and keyword research, transcribed content, and administered client accounts.

My retail experience at Eyebar Canal Walk strengthened my customer service and sales skills; I was recognized as top salesperson in my first week of December. I bring strong organization, communication, adaptability, and a practical approach to meeting deadlines.
