I have 5 years of experience in business, and I’ve built strong skills in working with people, leading, and managing everyday operations. I hold a Bcom Management degree and I’m currently studying for my Bcom (Hons) in financial management. I was also awarded “Best leader” in high school.

In my role managing a business (04-Jun-2021-31-Aug-2024), I handled preparation, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form. I dealt with queries on the phone and by email, greeted visitors at reception, managed diaries and scheduling, booked rooms, and arranged travel and accommodation. I also attended meetings and took minutes, and I arranged training for staff members.

I bring excellent communication, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail, with the confidence to prioritize and multitask. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and I’m comfortable working independently and as part of a team. I’m motivated to keep improving my leadership impact while supporting efficient, customer-focused operations.
