I am looking for a role that fosters continuous growth and allows me to drive business success through exceptional customer experiences.

I am a results-driven marketing and customer service professional with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in International Marketing from Chinhoyi University of Technology. My career began with a part-time role as an Administrative Assistant at Glorious Melodies Choir, where I developed strong organizational and communication skills. I then transitioned to OK Zimbabwe Limited, where I served as a Marketing Intern and am currently a Management Trainee.

In my role at OK Zimbabwe, I supervise daily operations, conduct customer visits, and coordinate exclusive events that exceed client expectations. My experience in analyzing performance metrics and implementing operational procedures has equipped me with the skills to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to make a lasting impact in a dynamic and challenging environment.
