Rachelle Ruth Omega

I’m a Customer Service Representative with hands-on experience in fast-paced environments, and I focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience. I studied Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) at Universidad de Manila (Aug 2019 – July 2023), and I completed multiple on-the-job training experiences.

I’ve worked as a Student Assistant (OJT), a McDonald’s Service Crew, an Alorica Customer Service Representative, and a Bureau of Internal Revenue On-the-job Training trainee. Most recently, I supported customers in Technical Support at Concentrix (Oct 2023 – May 2024) and served as a Customer Service Representative at EIN Plus LLC (May 2025 – September 2025), bringing strong verbal communication, teamwork, and quick learning—especially under pressure.
