What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused role where I can improve client satisfaction, contribute process improvements, and grow my skills in a collaborative team.

I am a motivated customer service professional with over 2 years of experience managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining confidentiality with professionalism. I combine strong administrative skills and product knowledge to assist customers across phone, email, and chat channels.

At Access Bank Contact Center I handled a high daily volume of customers, contributed constructive feedback for process improvements, and helped preserve the company’s reputation through consistent, high-quality service. In prior internship roles I resolved complaints, documented interactions in CRM systems, and collaborated with internal teams to close issues efficiently.

I hold a BSc in Accounting from the University of Benin and have completed the Jobberman Soft Tech skill certification. I seek roles where I can apply my communication, data management, and organizational strengths to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
