Oversaw property operations using AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets to ensure audit compliance, tenant satisfaction, and timely reporting. Managed tenant documentation audits, complaint handling, and work order tracking in AppFolio while serving as the operational point of contact for field and property teams.
