I'm looking to contribute to Customer Success, Onboarding, or Business Operations in a growth-focused organization, improving workflows, resolving customer issues, and supporting cross-functional teams.

I've managed refund and financing operations at Frank Gay Services, resolving customer payment issues through Synchrony, Service Finance, Turns, ServiceTitan, Five9, and Excel.

At Focus IT Services, I used NetSuite ERP to manage refunds and financial reviews, investigate trends, resolve complex customer cases, and improve reporting and workflows. I was recognized as Employee of the Month for customer satisfaction, teamwork, and operational excellence.
