Oluwatimilehin Oyeyemi

I am a customer-focused professional with a background in environmental science and hands-on experience in customer care, stakeholder engagement, and program management. I currently work as a Customer Care Representative at Globacom Limited, where I deliver prompt resolutions, manage high-volume interactions, and ensure service excellence.

Previously, as a Management Trainee in the Technical Program Department at the Nigeria Conservation Foundation, I developed and managed project budgets, led advocacy and education campaigns, conducted field training and patrols, and coordinated events and partner communications. I also gained practical research and collections experience as a Curator during industrial training and served as a Tour Guide during NYSC, sharpening my public-facing communication and visitor-management skills.

I bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in executive support and stakeholder relations. I am seeking to leverage my relationship management, strategic communication, and service-orientation to transition into a Customer Success Manager role where I can help organizations enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sustainable growth.
