I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can deliver high-volume customer support, use Zendesk/CRM tools accurately, and grow into IT services through troubleshooting and digital problem solving—supported by a team that values empathy, clarity, and data quality.

I’m a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist with 3+ years of experience, focused on resolving high-volume issues with speed, customer satisfaction, and data accuracy. I’m Zendesk Certified and skilled with CRM tools like Zendesk and Hubspots, bringing strong conflict management, user engagement, and clear communication.

In my role as a Corpers Licensing Officer (NYSC), I managed communication with over 1,000 corps members and employers through calls, text, and email. I supported placement and documentation, researched and verified employers to ensure safety and accurate posting, and maintained attendance data for reporting.

I also built strong sales and customer experience foundations.
