What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, coordinate calendars and teams (including remote support), and deliver responsive customer service—while continuously improving processes and communication.

I’m an Administrative, Executive & Operations professional who supports executives and remote teams by optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and keeping operations running smoothly across changing priorities.

In my current Operations Supervisor role at GC Buying Technologies Limited, I spearhead high-volume gift card processing, verify rates, prevent transaction errors, and ensure accurate documentation. I also manage customer support operations through Zendesk—responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, tracking tickets, and maintaining precise service records.

Previously as an Executive Assistant (Remote) for Amazing Properties LLC, I built a centralized task-tracking system using Google Sheets for a 10-member team, coordinated property schedules and client meetings, and provided the CEO real-time visibility into team activities. I supported recruitment by drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and coordinating candidate communications.

Earlier, as an Executive Assistant & People Operations Officer at EandC Legal, I managed fast-paced legal administrative workflows, maintained court diary scheduling in Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and ensured proper physical and digital record organization using OneDrive. As a freelance Virtual Assistant from 2020–2023, I handled emails, calendars, travel arrangements, data entry, online research, customer inquiries, and CRM follow-ups while continuously improving processes for better client satisfaction.
