What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service, claims administration, lead generation, or appointment-setting role where I can build client relationships, resolve queries, support business growth, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

I've supported customers and processed insurance claims at Bidvest Insurance, managing high volumes of inbound calls, claim enquiries, complaints, documentation, and client correspondence.

I register and process claims accurately, liaise with clients, service providers, and assessors for outstanding documents, assign claims to assessors, and escalate urgent issues when needed. I maintain accurate records so claims move efficiently through the process.
