I’m a Hospitality Management graduate and certified bartender/mixologist with experience spanning hospitality operations, guest relations, and customer relationship management. I also bring international internship exposure from Malaysia, which strengthened my cross-cultural service mindset.

As a Business Owner, I managed day-to-day operations with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and business administration. I developed customer relationships and business strategies while handling inventory, vendor coordination, and practical operational decision-making.

In my CRM Executive role, I owned customer relationships and support, helping with CRM implementation, data management, and reporting. I resolved customer queries, maintained accurate CRM databases, and worked with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Earlier, I worked as a Bartender preparing cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages in a fast-paced environment. I prioritized excellent guest service, bar inventory and stock availability, cleanliness and hygiene, and even supported beverage promotions and customer engagement.
