What I'm looking for

I am seeking a Bar Captain role where I can lead a team, elevate guest experiences, manage inventory efficiently, and grow into senior service leadership while working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

I am an experienced bartender and mixologist with hands-on experience across cafés and restaurants, including roles as bartender, assistant bartender, and steward. I bring skills in flairing, crafting cocktails, guest handling, inventory and team management, and practical knowledge of beer, wine and popular mixers.

I hold diplomas in advanced computing and bartending, and I am applying for the post of Bar Captain to lead service teams, improve guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency through strong teamwork and customer-focused service.
