I'm seeking a hospitality sales or customer relationship role where I can manage escalations, coordinate across teams, strengthen guest experiences, and drive business growth through service, communication, and sales.

At StayVista, I manage post-booking guest support, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Operations, Reservations, and Property Managers to deliver seamless villa stays.

I support booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, special requests, add-on sales, and promotion of premium villa experiences.
