What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently, maintain accurate records, and use my communication and problem-solving skills to improve customer satisfaction and support smooth day-to-day operations.

I am a customer centric and result driven Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. I have proven experience in managing high volume customer interaction and resolving issues effectively across phone, emails and chats.

I respond to customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly and professionally, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions both manually and electronically. I am known for professionalism, empathy and efficiency, and I focus on delivering exceptional and “customer satisfaction” outcomes.

Beyond support, I have strong administrative ability in high-pressure environments. As an Administrative Assistant, I managed executives’ calendars, screened and prioritized incoming emails and calls, maintained filing systems, drafted professional correspondence, and ensured strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

I also bring experience from travel and sales, including managing corporate travel bookings using Amadeus and driving repeat business through needs-based recommendations.
