I have worked across varied roles in several different countries, including Tanzania, Peru, the US, Germany, and India. The underlying commonality between all of my experiences has been creating positive social impact in the world.
Most recently, I leveraged my stakeholder management and strategy development skills through my work with ClimatePartner. In this capacity, I worked closely with C-level executives, product owners, and customer managers to help create products that are catered to clients’ needs. Prior to my MBA from INSEAD in 2021, I leveraged my project management skills as part of a start-up on a product management team that built on the Salesforce platform to meld the private sector with the social impact space. My role evolved to become a cross-functional one, where I managed end-to-end projects/tasks within a release, implemented company strategy, worked with clients, and drove change initiatives as new procedures were introduced around customer success. I acted as a coach to new team members to empower and enable them to grow and succeed on the team and to adopt the new processes in place. In this position, I leveraged storytelling and strong communication skills and learned to manage time efficiently as the team worked on complex deadlines.
