What I'm looking for

Ideally, I am hoping to land a role within Customer Success or Customer Experience. Roles that involve building relationships with customers/clients, promoting the value prop of products, and/or developing onboarding experiences are extremely interesting to me.

My purpose is to help fellow humans with finding their dream careers. Facilitating mentorships for post-9/11 veterans, launching a digital learning program on innovation, and supporting c-suite leaders in a post-Covid world are just a few of the initiatives I have spearheaded.

As a team leader, I believe in coaching individual contributors to lean into discomfort and believe in their decision-making abilities. I believe the best idea should be nurtured and developed, regardless of who shared that idea in the first place.

My skillset is a mix of product development, client success, and customer experience design. I am constantly communicating with different stakeholders and understand what it means to embody empathetic leadership.
