I’m looking for a remote customer success role where I can own onboarding and lifecycle engagement, drive retention and expansion with SLA rigor, and lead cross-functional collaboration using structured, metrics-based communication.

I’m a Customer Success and client relationship professional with experience managing global accounts, onboarding enterprise users, and improving long-term retention across SaaS, Healthcare, and consulting environments.

I lead onboarding and lifecycle engagement, combining an analytical technical understanding with proactive problem-solving to align customer health with business growth.
