What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing SaaS, implementation, client operations, or business operations role where I can coordinate customers and internal teams, resolve escalations, improve workflows, and build long-term client relationships.

I've supported SaaS and ERP customers from sales conversations through deployment, onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing product use. At ADDA, I connected clients with technical teams, translated requirements, tracked implementation issues, and helped retain customers through timely support.

At NHT Global, I coordinated 14–15 corporate events, product launches, and business programs across India, including programs serving approximately 550–600 attendees. I worked with senior executives and teams across India, the United States, Hong Kong, and Europe while managing budgets, schedules, travel, vendors, reporting, and time-sensitive operational changes.

Through independent business ventures and prior digital marketing sales work, I've built practical experience in market research, customer discovery, commercial negotiation, vendor management, process design, and long-term client relationships.
