I am seeking a Swiss-based role where I can lead customer success, drive retention and growth, use data-driven insights, and contribute in an international, impact-focused team.

I am a Customer Success leader with a Master's in Business Engineering and over six years' experience across technology, telecom and banking, operating in both corporate environments and fast-paced startups.

I have led CSM teams, managed strategic accounts worth over €2M recurring revenue, and delivered zero churn through proactive engagement while achieving 4x usage growth across top-tier telecom customers and training 1,000+ users onsite.

I combine data analysis and project management skills with hands-on account leadership, process streamlining and international experience, and I am actively seeking new opportunities on the Swiss market.
