I'm looking for a customer success, SaaS implementation, or customer support role where I can guide onboarding, solve technical issues, build customer relationships, and help clients achieve independent platform adoption.

I've led end-to-end customer onboarding and software implementation at JacandoAG, combining product training, technical troubleshooting, feature testing, and continuous customer guidance.

At Box, I built and managed an outbound sales pipeline for the DACH region, achieving 400% of the Q1 FY2023 sales target—the best result in the region. I also partnered with Customer Success teams on retention and acquisition campaigns.
