I’m a customer- and sales-focused professional who thrives on pushing boundaries and helping others succeed. Currently, I handle B2C customer service for Pluxee via phone and email, supporting inquiries about purchasing service vouchers.
Previously, I served as an account manager for Office 365 customers. As a B2B account manager, I advised customers on licensing for the Dutch and English markets, turning complex information into clear next steps.
I also built real ownership through entrepreneurship. I founded Dolphain, an AI-driven marketing agency, where I managed operational matters and sales—working in a hands-on way to deliver results and keep clients moving forward.
