What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-growth B2B sales and business development teams, build vendor and channel strategies, and develop talent in Agentic AI and emerging technology.

I'm currently leading a 12-person BDR team, trainer, and pipeline manager at Accenture Bulgaria, driving inbound and outbound pipeline for a global cybersecurity vendor across EMEA, MENA, and Africa. My team has delivered 30% to 60% year-over-year revenue growth.

Previously at Ingram Micro Bulgaria, I led 9–12 product specialists supporting UK vendors, market segments, and product lines. I opened three new positions with new vendors and launched the Sales Academy to develop product specialists and account managers covering EMEA.

I also managed business for 300+ UK SMB resellers, spanning prospecting, quoting, deal registration, negotiations, logistics, and escalations. I bring a data-centric, transparent leadership approach and focus on helping teams build capability in Agentic AI and emerging technology.
