What I'm looking for

I’m looking to expand my IT account and customer relationship work—driving growth with strong reporting on service level productivity and quality, and leading with a cooperative, positive team mindset.

I manage accounts for Top 35 customers in the information technologies business sector, building long-term relationships and focusing on service quality. Since August 2020, I’ve supported growth by staying deeply accountable for business outcomes across a customer base of large scale.

Previously, I led a team and supported daily operations as a Senior Assistant Team Leader (50 people), providing phone, email, and chat customer support globally. I’m known for highly productive, well organized, punctual, and multi-tasking execution—delivering administrative work, and preparing daily and monthly reports on service level productivity and quality while also contributing to people-focused initiatives and charity events.
