What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead digital adoption and AI-enabled workforce transformation—designing learning ecosystems, partnering with stakeholders, and using data-driven governance to improve employability, entrepreneurship, and organizational performance.

I’m a Digital Adoption, AI Enablement, and Workforce Transformation leader with 22+ years of experience designing curriculum architectures, capability-building systems, and employability pathways. I build scalable workforce development solutions that strengthen employability, entrepreneurship, and organizational performance.

In my recent role at Digital Green, I led the foundational rollout of the Bharat-VISTAAR AI-enabled advisory initiative in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture. I also drove human-centered design and field validation for Farmer.Chat, an LLM-based advisory assistant, translating frontline user insights into product improvements and adoption outcomes. Beyond AI, I architected competency-based learning pathways and curricula across 15+ agricultural value chains, supporting multi-state teams to transition to digital-first advisory models.

I’ve consistently scaled impact through learning governance and ecosystem partnerships—co-leading national Master Trainer programmes for international Train-the-Trainer initiatives adopted across Asia and Africa. Earlier, at Gramophone, I led capability development for 750+ field teams, pioneered remote workforce and digital operating models during COVID-19 for 5,000+ farmers, and contributed to major revenue and performance growth. I’m energized by work that blends learning design, learning analytics/monitoring & evaluation, and practical enterprise capability building to deliver measurable outcomes.
