What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own enterprise learning pathways—onboarding, certification, and readiness—partnering with Operations, Quality, and clients, and using learning analytics and MIS reporting to drive continuous improvement.

I lead learning strategy and governance for enterprise client programs at NetCom Learning, aligning onboarding, certification, and continuous-learning pathways with business goals. I also run Train-the-Trainer and facilitator readiness programs to keep delivery consistent across instructor-led and virtual formats.

Before that, I supervised trainer teams at NIIT, supporting global virtual classrooms and instructor-led learning events for Fortune 500 clients while using Salesforce CRM, ERP, and LMS platforms to track performance data. Earlier roles included managing international learning initiatives and training logistics, plus coaching teams that supported global and client communications.

Across corporate learning and airline services, I’ve built structured learning operations for onboarding and compliance for 500+ employees and supported learning programs for 2,000+ participants. I measure learning effectiveness with MIS dashboards and performance reports, translating SLA/quality trends and feedback into targeted interventions.
